A new bakery opening in Armagh needed branding that conveyed quality, tradition, and a personal touch.
Discovery
The owners wanted something that felt handmade but professional. They loved the idea of incorporating wheat or bread imagery without being too literal.
Concepts
I presented three directions: a wheat sheaf monogram, a rolling pin illustration, and a hand-lettered wordmark. They chose to develop the wordmark with subtle wheat accents.
Final Design
The finished logo uses a custom hand-lettered typeface with a single wheat stalk forming the “A”. Warm terracotta and cream colours complete the palette.
